Do you want to help us support young people who are facing barriers to employment, by offering them training, mentoring, and experience in the hospitality industry?

We are looking to recruit highly motivated and hardworking individuals to join our Regenerate/Feel Good team.

Reporting to the Feel Good General Manager, this role will be responsible for supervising shifts and supporting the young people (aged 16-25) employed by us on our mobile coffee shop outlets – of which we currently have two active – and our Feel Good coffee shop. It is an exciting opportunity for someone with great people skills who is passionate about using their skills hospitality knowledge to work with young people and young adults who are turning their lives around, helping them to thrive and grow.

This is a position well suited to anyone who is passionate about creating opportunities for young people to thrive, ambitious about the future for both themselves and the collective community, and wants to work for a well connected local organisation who is fully supportive of all its staff’s wellbeing and their goals.

Salary: £25,642.50 per annum full time salary (£13.15 per hour).

Hours: Flexible full and part time positions available, however please note this role will require weekend work.

Training: Necessary training and induction for the role will be provided.

Required Experience: At least 2 years working in a coffee shop environment.
